Tara is by far one of the most patient people I know. We changed our minds on what we wanted a few times, and she was always willing to go above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She knew every area we looked at, what resources were available and how to attain them. Very rarely did she say let me check. But, even then, she got us the information we needed to make the best decision. One of the most important qualities in Tara is her dedication to protecting her clients. She made sure we had all the information and she made sure our contracts protected us. She is highly energetic and extremely dedicated and although we hope to stay in this house long term, we would have her help us with any future endeavors and recommend her to anyone looking in her area.

Listen, I had to pack up my home of approximately 15-years and move to Guam (husband's job). There was SO MUCH that still needed to be done when I left but Pat went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND her duty as an agent. She made sure the repairs were completed, the garbage was put out by the street, the house was clean and that I didn't need to worry about getting it ready to sell. We had everything done, the house on the market and closed in less than a month. If you need an agent, Patricia French and ReMax 1st Choice Realty is your best bet for a great experience!!! I seriously CAN NOT thank them enough for everything they did!!!

Tara dealt with my partner in the negotiations and sales process. She analyzed the market and chose our listing price. She predicted that the house would have interest from multiple buyers and that the listing price was a starting point. She was correct as the house sold for more than the list.
