Carmen took extra time to explain all the details of the contract. She also went beyond the scope of her job for me and always kept me aware of what was going on. Carmen referred me to an attorney who handled my sale, as I could not be at the closing. The sale went smooothly and we closed swiftly. I would not hesitate to hire Carmen again, or refer her to sell anyone's home.

It has been over 20 years since we bought or sold a home and Matt guided us through the whole process and was extremely patient with all of our many questions. Even when he had to tell us something we didn’t really want to hear, he was very respectful of our love of our home. I’ll admit that we went a few days without any showing and we were getting concerned but Matt was still working and contacting people that were interested in our home and found our perfect buyer.
