•Laura Hall was great to work with - very professional and knowledgeable about the north shore real estate market. We were first time homebuyers and we had a lot of questions. Laura always answered them thoroughly and helped to successfully guide us through the buying process. Throughout, the offer, purchase and inspection process, we know that Laura put in many hours on our behalf.

My husband and I both work in the city, so our schedules were complicated, but Laura was available when we needed. And she was easy to work with via conference call or skype when we couldn't get to the north shore to meet with her in person.

Most important - Laura listened to our wishlist and worked with our budget. She did a great job of showing us a variety of properties in our price range. She talked through the pros and cons of the properties we saw, thus allowing us to easily recognize our dream home when we found it. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning on buying a house in the north shore area.
