Excellent Experience

The start of this Contingent Transaction, I called Luke and cried because the thought of letting go after 25 yrs to start a new beginning was overwhelming! I recall an instance where I had a vulnerable moment and Luke was very compassionate & empathetic towards my fears of the unknown! Luke stayed calm and patiently walked me thru the process over the phone and help me gain the confidence I needed to get my assurance back to go forward! From that day on, we became family for the next 1-2 years! It wasn’t easy, but Luke kept fighting for me and with me! Luke was very patient, kind, encouraging, he was positive and always gave us hope to hold on and don’t give up all the way to the end of this transaction!!
