•After the death of our parents, we needed to sell their property in Briny Breezes. The extended family lived in VA and CT, making the process a bit difficult. We hired Michael Coppola based on family and local recommendations and have no regrets! Michael met with us several times, sharing his knowledge of the process of selling a manufactured home in Briny. He offered tips and much reassurance, allowing us to leave the process in his hands when we left Florida. Communication was excellent. We had multiple offers within a few weeks and we were able to make an informed and confident decision when we accepted an offer close to our asking price. Of additional note, Mr. Coppola helped with trash removal, Swiffered our floors, and kept watch on our house before and after Hurricane Milton. Our experience with Michael Coppola was 5 star, and we would happily recommend his professionalism and service to any buyers or sellers nearby.
