My experience with buying my condo was smooth, affordable, and a great deal! Sharon was able to help me find a condo that was in my desired area that allowed me to put 5% down during a time when condos were requiring 25%. In addition to this, she negotiated 5k below asking price, in which the seller granted, and directed helped me find a quality loan company that was able to help me close within a month.
