•Shelly goes above and beyond. Helped us after we went back to Washington to complete the transactions and get some workmen to do repairs on the house.
Shelly isn't just a realtor. She becomes a friend in the process of sell/buy a home. Shelly walked us through all the steps and there were a few since we came down from Washington state to purchase and were back in Washington before the sale was complete. Even at a distance the sale went smoothly. Shelly's help didn't end there. We needed some maintenance completed before we came back down to Yuma. Not only did she find someone to do the work, she oversaw the work to make sure it was done right. Still now that we are down here, Shelly checks in to see if there is anything that she can do. I will recommend Shelly to everyone that I find out needs an agent in the are! She is a Gem!
