We had a previous Management Company for our rental property who was absolutely the worst. We were referred to Raquel and what A great recommendations. Raquel came into our property she took before pictures, did home inspection, dealt with any issues at the rental and most of all very professional. After several years of renting we decided to sell she told us what we needed to do to get the property sold. After a few hours of being listed we had several showings that very next day which we received multiple offers.
