We’ve worked with many realtors over the years, and Andrea stands apart. She played a direct role in helping us find and secure our new home—one that truly checked every box for our family. She guided us through every step, from identifying the right property, to negotiating the contract, to coordinating inspections and keeping everything on track. Her deep knowledge of the High Country market was evident throughout the entire process, and her advice has continued to be valuable even after closing as we’ve gotten settled. What meant the most was how personally invested she was. Andrea genuinely cared about helping us find the right home, not just completing a transaction. We’re grateful for her hard work, her professionalism, and the care she showed our family.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrea as my real estate agent, and I am satisfied with the experience. From our very first conversation, it was clear that she was knowledgeable, professional, and committed to achieving a good outcome. Selling a home can be stressful, but her expertise made the process manageable. She kept me updated throughout the process. She is dedicated to selling and will get the job done!

We've purchased and sold multiple properties in several different states. This last move to Ashe County was particularly challenging and it started with Hurricane Helene wiping out a property we wanted to buy. Andrea worked tirelessly over the course of a year; countless viewings, and many miles, to get us into our current mountain home. It was her creativity, problem solving, and dogged persistence that got us over the finish line. She identified a property we would normally overlook but was able to craft a deal that benefited buyer and seller. It is the type of creative, analytical thinking we appreciate in our own businesses. Andrea is a seasoned professional. In addition to her technical capabilities, she has established connections and relationships with multiple lenders, other agents, renovation specialists, and service providers. This gives her a complete picture of each property, its value, and potential for negotiation. Additionally, she's created a very special team at Regency. Her back-office support compliments Andrea's individual skills. Yolanda and the team are efficient, precise, and driven by a strong customer service ethic. It helps them to be genuinely caring, friendly people who are just as focused on getting you in a new home. Together they are simply unbeatable as a resource. Stop, don't look any further, Andrea and the Regency team are the best real estate service you will ever have - period. 5 Stars - Highly Recommended.

Our closing wouldn’t have happened without Andrea’s expertise and knowledge of how to move our contract forward through a challenging circumstance. Would highly recommend for buyers looking for an agent, or sellers wanting someone to represent them as well. Thanks Andrea!
