Peter always responding immediately even we have 3 hours time difference, our communication very kind and smoothly. Because we live out of US then we have to do notarization with the US broad embassy, we have zero experience in it,Peter gives us all advice and helps what we need. Also, give us more guidance and instructions about closing questions. When we signed 1st offer with full listing price but buyer termination the contract 'cause our documents delay, Peter finds 2nd buyer with a higher listing price within 1 week, what a superpower agent!

He has a lot of experience in fixing up homes himself, so he was a great resource to get an idea of how much our home improvement projects would cost - which helped to make sure we were making a realistic offer on a home. He is also extremely responsive and we never felt in the dark about any parts of the process. We are so lucky to have found our home and could not have done it without Peter!
