This is the second time I've worked with Jim. Last year we purchased a home, and this year I sold another property. Both experiences were absolutely perfect. I never had to worry about anything around the house, I knew that Jim had it all handled. He was key in helping me receive the max dollars from my property and recommended key improvements that resulted in a home that sold at a price exceeding my expectations. I will be recommending Jim to any friend/colleague that needs to buy or sell a home. Anything he says - just do it. He knows what he is doing and has such a wealth of experience and is driven to make the experience the best for whomever he represents. I truly believe there couldn't be a better realtor out there. I'm still amazed at how this experience went while there was a global pandemic going on - bottom line - Listen and work with Jim :) He knows what he is doing and he's got it all under control. I couldn't be happier to have worked with someone as amazingly driven. Feeling thankful!
