Can I sum up Terry Madden Myers in under 2000 characters? Not likely, but I will try. The answers to all favorable questions is a resounding “YES!” Expertise? YES! Strategy? YES! Set realistic expectations? YES! Did she go above and beyond my expectations? YES! (and I am an anal retentive, workaholic, Loan Officer so my expectations were extremely high from the start). Communication and responsiveness? Through the roof! Would I recommend Terry or use her services again? Not even up for debate. Would I recommend her? To every single person I know and will know. Would I place a “TMM for President” bumper sticker on my rear windshield? YES! By the time Terry and I wrapped-up selling my home, I felt I had made a new best friend, member of my family, and a mentor I could call on down the road. I’d give all the stars in the sky if I could to this review but it only lets Terry have five of them. If Superwoman was a real estate agent, her name would be Terry Madden Myers. Get her on your side before the other folks do!

I was up a tree about my moving and the effort involved. Terry assured me it would work out. The movers were helpful and knew the kind of downsizing I had in front of me which I heard but did not accept. I brought too much. I needed help and a list of moving helpers would have been invaluable. The movers even wondered what good Gary was to do. Totally useless by all eyes including my handy man. Terry kept me abreast of timing. The packers did a great job and were timely.

Terry Madden-Myers has the knowledge, experience & expertise to handle any situation that could arise in a real estate transaction. Her knowledge during the process was key to our successful transaction. My guess is Terry has forgotten more than other realtors ever knew! We certainly were the beneficiaries of her knowledge! Our deal was so tight because of her experience! That is facts. Commissions are a thing we all want to pay less of and I was no exception! In hind sight….worth every penny! Thanks to Terry !

Terry Madden Myers know the real estate market. She also knows her clients and the corect house for the right client. Therefore she doen't waste time with a client until she thinks she something that "is just what the client is looking for". Therefore since she knows the market and she knows the current inventory she proceeds to make more and better sales. Because she is so well trained she will make more and better (happier) sales for her clients. She used her professionalism to sell my home and she did a spectacular job. Happier, the buyers were thrilled and so were the sellers. That's a wonderful combination. We would be thrilled to recommend Terry to anyone thinking of moving. Bob Wolff
