•Over the course of a year, he patiently took us looking at condos and then homes in Los Angeles to meet my needs. When we found a home, he recommended the professionals we needed to correct issues found during the inspection. When it was time to sell my home in San Diego, Michael told me how to stage my home and prepare for the photographs for my listing. He resides in Los Angeles, but he came to San Diego to hold two open houses. He arranged for a coworker to show the house when contacted by a prospective buyer. My home sold in about a months time. I especially appreciated the fact that he was not a high-pressure salesman. He was very patient during my buying process in Los Angeles which began in December of 2024 and ended in September with the home I purchased in 2025.
