•My wife and I worked with Christine to find a single family home in which we could raise a family. Since we're expecting, we were on a very aggressive timeline. Upon reaching out to Christine, we received a response within 30s. "That's nice" I thought. This would prove to not be an exception - Christine responded to every text, at all hours, virtually instantly. Given our situation, it was incredibly helpful to feel a shared sense of urgency from our agent. It would have been harder for us to have been more diligent about our search - we had instant notifications on for new listings, and were spending time every day reviewing them - but Christine was still faster, often sending listings within minutes of their posting, or before the home even hit the market. She has an excellent understanding of the market, communicates directly and clearly, always made us feel like she was looking out for us, as opposed to trying to just make a deal. My wife and I had both bought houses previously, and had very highly rated agents, but agreed that working with Christine was an even more positive experience. I'd love to have the chance to work with her again, and recommend her to anyone.
