•We were first time home buyers looking for potential homes on Zillow when we came across Martin Cai. We had met a few agents before but none of them appealed to us but we felt very comfortable with Martin. Being first time home buyers we had all basic obvious questions and Martin answered all of them with patience. One thing I liked about him was that he knew all about the bay area real estate market and brought to our knowledge the factors affecting a property which we didn't even know existed. He could predict quite accurately how much a house gonna sell for. He responded to our calls on time and even helped us understand the loan application process and closing step by step. Highly recommended!
