•My family and I were told with short notice by our landlord to move out of our rental home in Mount Dora. We had a baby on the way and only had a month and a half to find a new home and move into it. Worst part was the fact that it’s a sellers market right now. It felt like an impossible task. We were referred to Sue by a friend who said great things about her. She surpassed any expectations we had and went above and beyond to make this experience as least stressful as possible. First and foremost she’s very knowledgeable. I had no Idea what this was gonna be like and she broke it all down for me. Secondly, she genuinely cares about finding you the right home. She connected with our son the moment we all met on our first showing and made my fiancé and I feel confident in taking this leap. Whenever I needed advice or had a question she was a phone call away. I mean seriously, if she didn’t answer (which was rare) her follow up was like 2 minutes. Sue is just a good person. You know it from the first encounter. She found us a home we are genuinely happy with in a month! Even with the market being so tough for buyers we didn’t settle for anything. She knows what to look for, she’s to the point, smart, personable and caring. If Sues your agent, you’re a lucky person to have found her.
