•Personally, the most important thing when working with a real estate agent is TRUST. My fiancé and I were looking for our first home. Neither of us had a clue on what to look for in a house. It was clear from the very beginning that Paul had our best interest in mind as he was very thorough with each house we viewed. There were a couple of times where we were ready to make an offer on a property but Paul had thoroughly inspected the house and detailed many issues. Sure enough, the properties he had concerns on are STILL on the market many months later. In addition to being very knowledgeable and thorough, Paul was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explains every part of the process and is always available to answer EVERY question, no matter how basic they are (I had PLENTLY of basic/stupid questions). Paul has contacts that made the house buying process go smoothly. He got us in touch with Herb Levin who was able to get us a great rate on our loan and was able to close in less than 4 weeks. The lawyer Richard also was very responsive and made the closing a lot of fun and not stressful. Overall, Paul was truly working on getting us the perfect home for US and not going based on purchase price. We are extremely happy with our home and thankful Paul was by our side every step of the way. Highly recommended.
