Great experience! Was available whenever I had any questions. Willing to look at any house, and prepared with a list of his own to show. Very professional and knowledgeable real estate agent that is easy to work with. I felt like he always had my best interest in mind and wouldn’t stop the search until I was happy! We engaged David to help us purchase a new home in SW Florida. Since we were relocating from several states away and only marginally familiar with the area, David was invaluable in helping us navigate the area, locate potential homes and set up multiple viewings over a long weekend to see and compare our top choices. David was great in helping find a great mortgage broker and inspector and walking us through the entire purchase process. He was a great negotiator on our behalf during purchase and closing. Finally, since we closed remotely he helped us make sure all documents were explained and where and how to get them signed, notorised and sent back to ensure a proper closing. We can’t say enough about how thorough, professional, patient and friendly David was throughout our entire process.
