I was connected with Lisa Tucker through the Realty Plus program at Navy Federal Credit Union. When the coordinator at Realty Plus told me that I'd be working with Lisa, they said to expect a call from her within the next few days. Within minutes, I received a call from her. From that first call, I could tell she was enthusiastic and wanted me to have the best experience possible. I could contact her anytime and would receive a response very quickly. There were times I thought I knew what I was looking for in a home, but then became unsure and Lisa was very patient with me throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer, Lisa took great care of me. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and different neighborhoods. She is friendly and professional and I really appreciated her honesty. Lisa worked very quickly when I told her I wanted to place an offer on a condo. In fact, we were the first offer that the seller's agent received and I really believe that's one of the main reasons my offer was accepted. When we moved back to the Washington DC area from Singapore, we weren't sure where we would want to live and if we would rent or buy a single family home. Catherine, patiently and gracefully, took us to properties in DC, MD and VA and brained stormed scenarios and options to consider when buying versus selling. We spend many days with Catherine, teaching us about the characteristics of the different neighborhoods, types of houses available and what we could afford in each state. Throughout every property we considered, Catherine throughly pointed out pros and cons to keep in mind while making a choice. Her knowledge and resourcefulness helped us choose a wonderful house in a neighborhood just for us. Without her support and dedication, we would have struggled greatly in this house hunting process. Catherine helped us sell our house. She made the process extremely easy for our family. She was very organized and made excellent recommendations on how to prep our home for sale.
