•We engaged Amanda via Zillow over two years ago to show us a property. Since then she has worked with us to market and quickly sell our home while helping us in our search for a replacement. Considering over 150 properties and actually having Amand lead us to visit some 25+/- during our extensive search, we found the one from the top three that she helped us through the offer, rejection, re-offer, seller counter, buyer counter and final acceptance and protracted closing process working with the seller's agent to do the right thig to support the sale. Selling our home was, I think, a step outside her comfort zone and secured her experience in representing a property that significantly exceeded the property values to date. Her guidance through BOTH the sale and purchase processes was exceptional. ONLY ONE CRITICISM... please don't call me "Sir" anymore! :D
