•Mr. Bibuld was both our buyer's agent during our initial acquisition of the property six years ago, and our seller's agent upon moving on to our new place out-of-state (or would have been our buyer's agent again for that). The property is a somewhat niche residential away from the mainstay of population in Canton, on an unpaved road, etc. Mr. Bibuld was able to resolve all of the historical paperwork issues prior to purchase, deal with the VA loan requirements insanity, and work with the original seller to get the price down to that loan structure's acceptable parameters. Upon sale, COVID and all, he was able to organize everything to bet sold to yet another veteran family using a VA loan with all of the now updated requirements for the home executed and handled with barely a finger having to be lifted by us. Mr Bibuld's contacts with local talent made it possible to get the home sold on time, despite all of the congestion and nonsense afoot after COVID - the ability to execute repairs and appraisals on schedule is a key factor in today's RE market. I would strongly recommend the firm to anyone looking to purchase or rent, and Mr Bibuld's services specifically for complex/large transactions requiring timely and proper execution.
