•Kevin was a rock star as our realtor, exceeding expectations in all categories. He: 1. Communicated well. From even before the listing, Kevin covered very deeply what to expect, probable length of time on market, items we needed to take care of before the listing… the list goes on and on. 2. Knowledgeable as a Realtor. He understood the local market and was able to guide us through the process, as well as specific and overall real estate knowledge. I’ve known many realtors and he was the best at this. 3. Service. Kevin was available all the time - way beyond what we expected. I’m two time zones away, and get up early, which means it would be the middle of the night for Kevin, yet somehow he would be available. My expectations were to get a response sometime later in the day, but I would get them early and quickly. I was amazed. 4. Overall professionalism. He treated us (and everyone I saw him interact with) professionally and with the utmost care. Kevin is who you want to have on your side as a realtor.
