•I’ve know Marissa as a friend and colleague for over 20 years. We met when she had a small PR company that was doing work for a tech startup that I was with. I’ve brought her in to multiple other companies that I’ve been involved in. She is one of the most dynamic and tenacious people I know. Through shear force of personality and relentlessness, she seems to be able to do just about anything she puts her mind to. She is a voluminous researcher. If she wants to figure out how to do something, it’s amazing how quickly and thoroughly she does all the relevant work. When she got started as a realtor, I wasn’t at all surprised that one of the first things she said to me was that I better use her when I sold my house. I feel strongly that excellent marketing skills and relentlessness are the key things that a good realtor with the right agency should bring to the table. Based on her ability to do the research and my investigation, I was convinced that Red Oak was a good agency for me to use and she landed at the right place. I was very impressed that she also know that her primary weakness was lack of experience in the realty world and she brought a fantastic second (Jeff Rosenbloom who has deep experience). Marissa used her magic to produce a lot of catchy social media materials that I believe helped bring people in to see the listing. Marissa and Jeff brought in some wonderful teams for doing work on the house before we listed, and they were very much able to roll with some unusual punches that I threw at them. Although the week we took offers was probably the worst week to do so in over a dozen years, Marissa was able to find us a buyer at what felt like the right price before the market got even more saturated. I would recommend Marissa to anyone looking to sell a house.
