•We met Matt two days before offers were due. Even though we were on a time crunch, he took the time to go through the disclosures with us, provided us with lots of comp data and helped us come up with a game plan. His skills were put to the test when we received a counteroffer that was higher than the top of our budget but he was able to work his magic and get our counteroffer accepted by the seller. Overall a really friendly and personable agent who understands and respects what you're looking for while also knowing when to push you a little bit.
