Duplex
•I was so lucky to find Janet Kaplan and Joanne King of Red Oak to help me sell my duplex. They were lifesavers and fun to work with. I had an incredibly hostile and obstructionist tenant and they helped me deal with him. They were great a arranging all the appointments, staging, and random hassles that come with the selling process. They were there to oversee everything and always available when I had questions. They made what could have been a disaster into a pleasant and successful sale. I am so grateful to them both (and to Michael their third partner) for making everything go as smoothly as possible. Plus they were fun to hang with during the process. I recommend them wholeheartedly to all my friends and to you.
