You Will Not Find a Better Real Estate Partner

I was first introduced to Collette through someone who has had previously trusted her to sell two previous homes for them. I was looking to sell my first home and had no idea what I was doing. It was one of the most difficult times in my life, having just gone through a divorce while trying to navigate home repairs and upgrades as a single mom. Collette was an invaluable partner, advisor, ally, coach, and friend every step of the way. She gave me a depth of background for every question I asked, she gave examples of what other sellers did in similar situations-- and what the outcomes were, and she didn't pressure me to make any decisions or stick to a time frame based on her own agenda. She also checked in frequently to ensure that she was meeting my needs. She is incredibly responsive, understanding, and adapts to your needs, your communication style, your preferences... she's the ultimate tool in your real estate tool box. (She also works with an entire supporting team, so on the odd chance she didn't have an answer, she was able to draw from a very knowledgeable group of associates and respond with an answer-- usually in less than a day.) I firmly believe that I would not have had the successful outcome I did if it wasn't for her, her skill set, her industry knowledge, and her experience. She helped me during one of the most stressful times of my life with one of the biggest endeavors I have ever been through and not only did I make it through to the other side, but I made it through wildly successful. Please take my word for it and enlist Collette as your partner. You will not only be so incredibly happy that you enlisted her to sell your house, but you will also wonder what took you so long to find her in the first place.
