While in Florida this past spring looking for a condo to possibly invest in, I saw Deborah's information on a bulletin board. What a lucky discovery. After leaving her a message, we discussed what I was looking for and she began forwarding possibilities. She always returned my calls and followed up on places I had seen online. We did find something the day before I left and she made it happen!

Deborah helped us sell our home of almost 30 yrs. She guided us through a very difficult process from setting the asking price, presenting the house in its best look and explaining the entire process at each set of the way. When we got frustrated she was there coaxing us in the right directions. We’ll never forget an expression we heard from her often “baby steps”. Her advertising was most professional. We are very happy with her and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was able to list and sell a mobile home at a much higher price than I anticipated with input from Deborah. She was always there throughout the whole process to answer questions and give advise. Well worth the realtor's fee. I could not have done it myself. And she was always available, returning my texts and calls almost immediately and updated me frequently. She also helped me with a purchase and was able to work through strange and ridiculous mobile home park policies. Bottom line: If I ever want to buy or sell again, I will call her.

Deborah Lajoi is the best agent I have ever worked with. I am 76 years old and I have bought and sold 4 properties in my life time with this being the 5th and she is byfar the most acomadating agent I have ever worked with.
