Our house was very difficult to sell as we had...

Our house was very difficult to sell as we had spent 20+ years "customizing" it for our family. Stacy was relentless in coming up with ways to first, attract buyers, i.e., open houses, realtors tours, virtual web tours and the many web pages she advertised the house on. Then by following-up on showings and keeping us informed of all feedback. This helped tremendously in addressing issues to make the house more market attractive. As our house was older, Stacy offered a 1 year home warranty to counter act this. We were always able to pose questions, concerns and ideas, which we had a lot of, with a prompt response. One of things we most appreciated was when she wasn't 100% positive of her answer, she would consult with her associates, and get back with the correct answer. In all ways, she just went above and beyond, including running over and hosing off bird droppings from the front porch before showings. We would highly recommend Stacy for anyone's real estate needs.
