In a word Cynthia was great. In more than one word, nice, professional, helpful,informative, dedicated, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. As a first time buyer she was very informative about the process and what to expect. As an out of state buyer she went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. She was very responsive to all forms of communication. She gave great advice. When the first house we looked at fell through because of the selling realtor she immediately gave me some options that was exactly the kind of property and house that we was looking for. And she knew that we would like those options because she took the time to get to know us and the things that was important to us. She listened no matter how small or big the question or concern was. She understood the things that were common to her was not to us and took the time to make sure that we understood what was going on. She made sure that I never felt like I was bothering her no matter how many calls or texts I initiated. She worked closely with my loan team to make sure they had the things they needed. She was always dressed appropriately and professionally at our showings. I would definitely recommend Cynthia to anyone I know or meet that is interesting in buying or selling a home.

First Time Buyer!
I was buying a home for the first time and could not have asked for a better realtor. Cynthia was so knowledgable about our market and explained everything. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process by explaining each step. She was professional from beginning to end and very responsive, organized and prepared. Cynthia was kind and patient with me throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed or stressed and she truly cared about helping me find the perfect home. She made my home buying experience smooth sailing! I highly recommend Cynthia to anyone (especially first time home buyers) :)

The GREATEST Realtor Ever!!
Dawn is the most amazing, easy to deal with, on top of everything realtor you could ever work with! I used her when I purchased my house 4 years ago and used her when I just recently sold it! You couldn't find a more professional, fun, amazing realtor anywhere!! Highly recommend!!!

Mona is easy to work with, always timely, and always goes the extra mile. The exact type of person you want to help you with one of the biggest sale/purchase of your life. I was struggling to sell my house, but Mona stepped in and generated instant interest. She did all the work. I just said yes/no when needed, which made it an easy process. I also would not have gotten as much for the sale of my home without her.
