•Today makes 35 days since my family closed on and moved into our "forever" home, and we couldn't be any happier - Thank you Alison Rhodes! After an exhausting house search in a drained market, I finally located the home of my dreams in mid August of 2021. It was in a perfect location, it had all the "must haves" on my list, and it was bursting with potential. Alison was prompt to return my inquiry call and within a day we were meeting for a walk through. After we walk through, Alison and I sat on the patio, and immediately got down to business for what we could do to make this house mine. She was prepared with all of the paperwork to get the ball rolling and that's exactly what we did. From that moment, until the day I officially closed on my home (which was 9/30), I was in almost daily communication with Alison. She was more than knowledgeable in the real estate "paperwork" process and kept me comfortable knowing I wouldn't miss deadlines. She was also very knowledgeable in local "partnering" resources such as contractors and inspectors. She helped bring in two of the best contractors in Edgecombe county who later became crucial to closing, and they were perfection.
