Tino was an amazing person to work with when buying our home. Being self employed can make buying a home more of a challenge, but Tino made it as simple as possible for me. He worked very hard to get me the home and price that I wanted, and he was always available even for the smallest questions. I always felt like I was a top priority, and he kept me sane during a process I knew almost nothing about. If you want the best, Tino is your guy. Jeff was great, very patient and responsive. Definitely would recommend in the future! My wife and I recently moved to Utah from California, we tried several agents but none were as willing to help as Jeff. If you are looking for a realtor look no further than Jeff Hardy! Jeff is very professional, patience, and knowledgeable in his field. He work numerous hours to ensure we had the best opportunity to buy the house that fit the criteria we laid out. He did not push himself on us, but at the same time stayed very engaged with the entire process. What we really like most about Jeff is he was very honest; we did not get the feeling he was just trying to make a sale. Let me start my review by saying if you are in the market to purchase a home I highly recommend Jeff as a partner and a valuable resource . My wife and I became acquainted with Jeff as we pursued buying our first home which we closed on in March of 2013, it was the best decision we have made. We were very uneducated on what is involved in buying a home and that made us nervous, however Jeff made it so easy. He made it comfortable while looking at properties, explained the details, guiding us through the procedures and kept us informed through the whole process. His personality and character make him approachable, patient and kind. Not only was buying a home the best decision we have made, having Jeff work with us was a choice that made it even better.
