•Buying a new home, selling the one you’ve lived in for many years or both at the same time can be an emotional and daunting decision. Let’s face it, the stress at times can be overwhelming. Hello Amy! A homegrown Salt Lake girl with a wonderful family, that is grounded, approachable and honest. She puts her clients at ease probably because she’s so easy to talk to! With Amy, her client’s needs come first above her own! So let us share a little history with Amy. In 2014, due to some family matters, we needed to sell our life long home in South Jordan. The market wasn’t exactly booming. We were under the gun and only had one month, the month of September, to get it done. Amy was referred to us from a couple of our friends who she helped and she really came through. We were able to sell our home to a young growing family by the end of the month. Fast forward to 2025. From late August we began our search for a home to use as a rental until our son and his family could take over. Hello Amy! She found exactly what we were looking for, in a nice West Jordan neighborhood, with a great location. Close to I-15 as well as schools and shopping. On October 8th, we closed! Amy, as usual, took great care with our needs. Helped us locate a mortgage lender, an insurance broker, a contractor, a landscaper and a resource for new carpeting. She showed us a number of properties through her website and when we settled on one, she previewed it first with pictures and her thoughts. She answered all of our concerns and even met with us and our contractor for a walkthrough before we made our decision. She communicated with the selling agent and negotiated the price point we were looking for! Honestly, she is the best decision you will ever make when you’re ready to dip your toe in. Give her a call. You won’t be disappointed. Sincerely, Jim and Noe
