Elements out of our control made things a bit rocky, but Stephanie helped us navigate the treacherous waters and we ended up with a better home and offer than we initially expected. Stephanie and her team were great to work with.

Kevin is was quick to respond where needed and knowledgeable in areas around buying ahouse where a person like myself is not familiar with as I don’t regularly buy a home and this is the only the 2nd home I have had a mortgage for. We were able to find a new construction home and design it as we liked and are quite satified with the results of our new home. Would recommend Kevin for anybody looking for a home to navigate and find the home they are looking for.
We probably toured over 20 places and she didn't mind the more I asked to see. She wants to make sure it's a fit because as she said "it's a huge decision when purchasing a home." She is always in your corner willing to get you the best deal, but will be honest when she doesn't think the opposite side will go for it. She however will still ask and make sure she is always representing you. She is also very knowledgeable and passionate about the city she lives in and all of northern Utah! She knows her market and can speak to the areas and navigate you to the right area to fit your needs. I would definitely use her again for future real estate needs!
Haley was a delight to work with. My house and property were pretty unique and had many challenges. It took a while to sell because of that but not from Haley’s lack of knowledge, communication and professionalism. She really is very knowledgeable about realty and so patient and easy to work with. She is a great realtor who really goes above and beyond for her clients. I would most definitely recommend her and will continue to work with her in the future.
