Well let me tell you about Stephanie, She will go above and beyond to try and get you into your dream home. Not only does she care and will do anything to help her clients find the perfect home she will do it with a smile on her face and she will answer when you call her. Since buying my home I have called her multiple times to check in with her or just ask her a simple question and she has either answered me right away or called me back asap. She is amazing. After 4 years on the market due to the other realtor in our area, stephanie sold our home in 2 months. She was bright, honest and didnt stop till sale was.done. I highly recommend Stephanie Aragon as a realtor. I moved back to Utah in 2018 and was working downtown and living near my family in Tooele. The commute was complete torture. No lie, it was 3 hours on some days: 1 hour to work and 2 hours home. I decided to move to the Salt Lake Valley quick to escape the commute but I was unsure of the best areas and further wary of certain homes. I found a small home in Sugarhouse and Stephanie helped me to get it talked down at least $20k off the asking price. I’m an attorney and think of myself as comfortable with complicated transactions but buying a home just has too many moving pieces and it moves too fast. You need a realtor that knows the area, knows their business, knows financing, and knows how to negotiate. Stephanie was objectively knowledgeable and acted as my agent for my best interests.
