Shannon was so wonderful to work with. We were moving from out of town and she went out of her way to help us find a home. She video called us, sent of videos of houses room by room so we could see if it was something we wanted to drive and see. On one occasion she was gone for the day when a house came up we wanted to see. She immediately made sure we had a realtor ready to show us the home. I would go through her again.

From the first meeting it was clear that Joan and RP were the real deal and true professionals in real estate. They helped in staging our home where needed to present it in it's best light, they had recommendations for professionals to do some of the fix it items we needed done, they had it professionally photographed including arial shots, they shot professional videos, they sent out mailers, they created a custom website, and they even had 2 catered open houses the weekend of listing! By this point we were already so impressed. When it came to listing, my family was out of town and they handled the whole thing and all the open house time etc without us needing to lift a finger! By the end of them they knew we would have multiple offers! Long story short, multiple offers, helped with everything, home sold, all is well in the world! ;-)

Alicia was so helpful. This was our first time looking for a home and I'm so glad we had her help.
