I live out of town so Amanda Nunn went on a hunt for a house for me. She found two so I flew in and bought one of them. I wanted to rented out for now so she found nice tenants for me in a matter of 2 hours !!! The house needed a couple of repairs so she helped me find the right contractors and she helped checking in on the repairs since I live out of town. She went beyond her job to help me. Lisa Martinez was an outstanding agent and exceeded all of our expectations. She is the best realtor we have ever used in several categories. She was very personable and attuned to our specific needs. Her appraisal of what needed to be done to sell was very insightful. Lisa is a pro. There were some unforeseen things that came up with selling my property and at every step, Lisa took care of it and got it done. She made things easy for me and I felt very reassured that she was in control and advocating on my behalf with the sellers. I really can't say enough good things. Even after the house buying was complete she stills checks in with us from time to time. She even brought us tacos!
