Mallik is a fantastic real estate agent. He went above and beyond to get us a really high price when we sold our townhome. Here are some highlights - He is very motivated and proactive. Sensing that the market had reached a new high, he reached out to us by himself and worked with us to stage, list and get the home sold in just 2 weeks. And we are so glad we did that - since the market cooled off a few weeks after that. He is extremely responsive and will get back to you multiple times a day. Even when he had a tragic personal loss, he still called us on the same day to make sure the closing went smoothly. He has a great sense of the market and having both sellers and buyers as clients, will give you very clear advice about the market and price point you can expect. Does a great job marketing your property and making sure it reaches a wide audience. One advice - make sure to go over every small detail right at the start e.g. what inspections are needed, if paint and other things need to be changed and how would be paying for them. That way, there would be no surprises for him or you.
