•Meagan is the absolute best! After going through 3 other realtors my husband and I were ready to give up. Finally, we found Meagan. From the very beginning on the phone call you can tell that she was very knowledgeable in her craft and the very same day she sent us an email of listings with homes we didn’t even notice before; she is very thorough! Out of all the realtors we used before she’s the only one who actually brought her laptop with her and if we were ready to put an offer she was able to do it right then and there. She also teaches you what’s important to look for when purchasing a home. We really appreciated that. Because of her knowledge in the industry we were finally able to get our offer accepted after one day of seeing the property!!! She works really fast and she is a shark when it comes to negotiation! I’m proud to say we closed right after and are now officially home owners! Thank you Meagan for everything you did for us we really appreciate you!
