Working with Gene has been nothing but an amazing experience. It has been two years since I moved out of the state. Gene has been taking care of the house since the beginning. Gene helped me facilitate everything. I mean, everything from managing property for a rental to watering down the grass himself to ensure the house is ready for sales. Even after the contract is signed and accepted, he still went to the house and take care of the yard for the buyer. Inspections, backyard landscaping, tree cutting, fixing up discrepancy, cleaning, painting; just a few examples Gene has helped me with. Gene really went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. What I love the most is that Gene brought in his rich expertise and experience to the fullest. He maintained the relationship with the buyer agent very well, and transparent about all information. Gene always has a point of view from business perspective when it comes to decision making. He explains pros and cons, but won't force to make any decision. Although the final sales price is below my expectation, it is because of the existing Market trends where all the houses are on the market for more than 30-60 days. Because of Gene's tireless effort doing open houses every week, our house was sold faster. I saw at least 3 houses closed by are still on the market today. They are all placed on the market at the similar time as mine or even earlier than mine. It is more than obvious that Gene takes care of his clients very well. Thank you, Gene!
