•Evan went above and beyond every step of the way in our home-purchasing journey. He held a fine line of balancing between being professional and very friendly with great humor. He was always on time and almost every time he picked up our calls. After comparing 3-4 real estate agents, we found Evan's acumen in the real estate market and construction know-how was amazing (very helpful for us). He understands his customers and tries his best to meet their expectations. In every house we visited with Evan, he made a great impression on the listing agents and sometimes on sellers with his magnetic personality. Evan has in-depth knowledge of construction, budgeting, renovation opportunities, home maintenance, and neighborhood details within Nassau County, NY. He walked us through where should pay attention in the house with should and shouldn't lists. He never sugarcoated anything and tried to look at things through our lenses. His recommendations for home inspector and mortgage broker (except the attorney) were a pleasant experience for us. I would highly recommend him to any first-time home buyers.
