Hello/Hola my name is Arlene and I am a mother of two beautiful grown children. I was Born and grew up in Puerto Rico and though sometimes you might hear my Island Accent slip out as i lived for sometime in the Virgin Island of St Thomas. I have been a REALTOR since 2003. During my Real Estate Career, I have been very involved with Florida Association of Realtors as well as my local Board Of Realtors, OSCEOLA where I have served as a Director, I have also Chair or participate on a few committees like, Ethics, Grievance, Professional Standards and Education. I do take Education as a very Important part of my career. Very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly

Arlene Conow is an absolutely, fantastic realtor and wonderful person. I recently contacted her to get some insights into the real estate selling market; as I intended to sell one of my properties. She was very patient and knowledgeable and furnished me with information and ideas; which ultimately helped me to make a decision-and I immediately acted upon it. Long story short, she posted the sale of the property and in the same day I got a very eager buyer and we closed in less than a month! I most certainly recommend Ms. Arlene Conow for all of your real estate goals.

great house purchase experience

This was the first time purchasing a home in Florida and with Arlene's expertise, our dream was realized. She was professional, informative and was always available to respond to our concerns. Whenever we were uncertain of something she would make appropriate recommendations. She knew what we were looking for and found the properties of our interest to view. I would highly recommend her.

Arlene was awesome

Arlene was awesome. She treated me like family , it was as if she was buying a home for herself. She was very straight forward she gives you the facts even if they are not what you wanted to hear and she never makes promises she can't keep. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Although she was only supposed to be my realtor, there were times when the home buying process became extremely stressful and she was like counselor and a shoulder for me to cry on. She held my hand and guided me through the many twist and turns of the home buying process. She never gave up on finding me my dream home even when I gave up on my dream and she celebrated with me when I finally closed as if it were her house

The best real estate ever, she is a true professional

The best real estate ever, she is a true professional. I've never met a person who goes out of her way to help you. She made the process of buying a home simple and pain free.
