We had never visited the community where we purchased our new forever home after over two years of searching. On first contact we immediately knew Shari was knowledgeable about the vicinity and market, and was professional and competent, having extensive experience in real estate sales. Moving a long distance has its challenges, but Shari made the home-buying process simple from start to finish by selecting only criteria-provided properties, drafting and negotiating the purchase agreement, and coordinating inspection, title, and closing services while keeping us informed throughout the entire process. The best part about working with Shari was getting to know her and finding out she is a genuinely decent and kind human being, who works very hard and is good at what she does, but more importantly, knows the things in life that truly matter most. Barbara did an excellent job in promptly visiting and documenting the properties we were interested in when we couldn't visit them in person. When we did make a last minute trip down to visit the properties she arranged for her son to step in even though she was away. This meant that our buying process went very smoothly and efficiently and was completed in a timely manner.

This agent went above and beyond for our family with the selling of our home and helping us find our dream home. We were extremely specific about what we were looking for and what we were wanting and Ashley over delivered. She had our best interest in mind throughout the whole process. She worked all the behind the scene deals and communication that got us exactly what we wanted. She reduced all the stress that can come along with buying and selling. She put out any "fires" before we even saw "smoke".
