The sellers of our new property was impossible to deal with. They only communicated to Nolan by emails and were slow to do that. Much respect to him for his patience. I cannot begin to recognize all that Nolan, my realtor and now friend did for me, as a seller. Going above and beyond seems to be his strong point. It was an extremely emotional time as my mother was home on hospice when we received two offers within 3 days of being on the market, he traveled from St. Pete (where the condo was listed and he resides, to Sarasota many times, including the celebration of life for my mother who passed away while we were pending sale. He walked me through the entire process with such care and empathy knowing I was having a hard time processing anything at the time. He would always check if it was a good time to chat and remind me of things when I was scattered. Nolan is super personable, genuine, and he did a great job with a very tricky negotiation to help me get a terrific deal on a house in St. Petersburg that needed a little work. He knows the area inside and out, and has a lot of experience with all the potential pitfalls involved when you look at an older housing stock, as you have in much of St. Pete. Nolan even caught a permitting issue in one house I was looking at that I would have easily overlooked. I have already recommended Nolan's services to friends and acquaintances, and will continue to do so in the future. When it comes time to sell my house, I will be contacting Nolan to represent me.

Nolan did a great job keeping a group of five sellers informed about all aspects of securing a buyer, distributing paperwork and submitting those signed documents to the title company. I forgot to mention that three of the sellers were located out of state from where the property was. Nolan managed to keep us all informed and motivated despite some ups and downs in the deal created by the buyer. We closed in just over thirty days from when the property was listed. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
