•Every time my husband and I took a trip to Cambria, we would stop by a realtor office on Main Street, trying to get more information on the properties that were currently on the market, but nothing was a good fit. Truth be told we were referred to REMax – Pines by the Sea but we were not acquainted with Jose Luis. We walked-in to the office, unannounced, and Jose Luis introduced himself. He took the time to listen to us, answered all our questions, and provided us with additional/relevant information. I remember leaving the office and turning to my husband and saying, “I like him…I trust him”. We truly believe things happen for a reason, the original realtor we were going to work with unfortunately (fortunately) was not able to work with us and thankfully Jose Luis was available. It has been such a blessing to work with him, he seemed more than a realtor to us. He was patient which was critical since we were from out of town and our schedule often meant “short-notice”. He made himself available by phone/text/email in a very timely manner. He regularly went above and beyond the “call” whether it was detailed videos of properties or in-depth market research. The real estate market in Cambria, is not for the faint-of-heart and Jose Luis stuck with us and never wavered. With his help and guidance, we were able to find our dream home, and the rest is history! Lastly, even after the close of escrow Jose Luis has been available to us.
