They were precise in their evaluation, straight forward in communication, providing prompt and professional contractors for complicated procedures as needed, and followed our recommendations during detailed discussions with both representatives from our family. We were in immediate contact by phone, text and email electronic signing of documents. The first and only targeted closing date for signing was doggedly met, followed by recording the deed and transfer of funds in 2 days.
