Experience buying real estate as it should be with care, follow-up, and dedication every step of the way. I had to describe in one word: DEDICATION. There was no question, that he had a hard time asking the other party, and if there was something he didn't know, he had no problem admitting but was dedicated to finding the answer until there was complete clarity. He also helped us with our hard financing problems and filing addtl documents in order to help the transaction in a way that was beneficial for both parties.
