•I’ve worked with Doug for a few years, initially to find the perfect time to sell my investment-property and finally — having found the perfect time — marketing and selling the property. From availability of property (awaiting the end of existing lease) Doug and Chris entered the property to do the staging, prepare marketing including photos and web-showing. The presentation of the property under Doug’s & Chris’ guidance was quite exquisite, they made it look fantastic and desirable! So desirable we had a bite within 24 hours! That in my mind proves an intimate understanding of the market and assessing the value and price that would attract buyers. During the process Doug picked up the phone and spoke directly with me rather than being routed through an automated system, never mind me calling at 7am or 6:30pm at night. As I recall I may have reached his voicemail twice. Within our calls we reached resolutions every time, It made the journey simple — and I’m a difficult customer that look for a quick response at all times. The signing process for the eventual sale was extremely easy! I anticipated a more drawn out process. I typically do not recommend people because I feel disappointed one way or another but Doug operates among the elite in any profession, he is diligent, he cares, he puts his soul into the project embracing your whole situation and story doing his utmost to provide excellence for his customers satisfaction. If I had another property to sell I would not hesitate to call Doug to take me through the journey again. *An important note to anybody looking for excellence, divorce yourself from previous promises that may have elevated the expectations trust in the person you are engaging and work with them to reach the ultimate result — a purchase or as in my case the sale of a house. In my opinion Doug will not take you on a roller-coaster ride but deal with real market figures, he won’t fool you but keep the transaction on the level!
