•I previously sought Marcella's advice when I contemplated selling a rental property and decided to wait as the market was soft. I am glad I followed her advice, and sought her services months later to sell my home in a better market. Marcella was very professional throughout the process of selling my home. At the very beginning, she sat down and thoroughly explained the listing process to me and her sales strategy that ultimately lead to the sale of my home at one of the highest price-per-square-foot rates in my neighborhood. She had excellent recommendations and crews to help prepare and stage the home to maximize its "curb appeal" at a minimal cost. Marcella thoroughly researched the market, explained the anticipated impact of listings at different price points, and let me make the decision. She actively marketed the home with open houses that brought in multiple written offers within days. She professionally screened and presented legitimate offers, strategically recommended counter offers and negotiated response times to create a "bidding war" even though the market had been softening. I was so onfident in Marcella's abilities that I turned down several competitive offers until one met my price. Even then, Marcella continued her marketing efforts and secured a competitive back-up offer that kept the original buyer honest during the close of escrow process. Marcella looked out for my interests throughout the whole process, was readily available to meet and take my calls, and ensured my home sold and closed without undue delay. I would engage her services again and recommend her to others.
