I was so onfident in Marcella's abilities that I turned down several competitive offers until one met my price. Even then, Marcella continued her marketing efforts and secured a competitive back-up offer that kept the original buyer honest during the close of escrow process. Marcella looked out for my interests throughout the whole process, was readily available to meet and take my calls, and ensured my home sold and closed without undue delay. I would engage her services again and recommend her to others.
