•My husband and I reached out to Peggy to help sell our home in AZ. The transaction started off well enough; we discussed listing price, how the sale would go, different offers we could make, etc. Once we got started, I felt like we were pushed and rushed into decisions. First, we told Peggy we did not want to do seller financing (she put it in the listing to get people’s attention). Of course we only got seller financing offers and it took us telling her approx. 3 different times “No” before she listened. Next, was poor communication. We would go days or a week at time without hearing from her with updates and we would have to reach out to see what was going on with the sale of our home. We did get an offer about a week into listing our home that was all cash but was more than 10% below asking after we had already dropped the price of the home. We were told this is the best offer we’re gonna get. When we wanted to counter, we were told by Peggy “the buyer will never go for it and they will walk, they have another home they are looking at.” Real-estate is a bargaining game and we did eventually bargain. After this, we were rushed into accepting the offer (like make a decision in 3 hours rushed), I felt like this was a one-sided transaction. To note some positives, she was very nice, she was great at helping us get the house ready to sell and with the negatives mentioned she did try and correct all the issues. Overall, it was an okay experience.
