Darin was EXCEPTIONAL on all levels of my first home purchase here in AZ after moving here from NY! n nHe was available on mins notice to look at homes, comparisons of comprables, negotiations as well as coordinating w mortgage company and even helped w picking up furniture w his truck that I purchased locally from an estate sale ... what more can I say?!? He went above and beyond on every realm and was an utter delight to work with ... after purchase he set me up w contractors etc ... I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home...he was a full service kinda realtor and not being a native ARIZONIAN that put my mind at ease tremendously
